"Information in lower-tier performance observation or reporting programs is periodically assessed for trends needing additional evaluation or corrective action"
To address the above principle with a manual process requires many hours and resources to properly gather, identify and report data trends. As a result of this, the following problems are found at many nuclear sites:

Site executives want the trend report more
promptly.

Trending Manager is a web-based trending analysis system initially developed for the
